How to export/import data between Outlook Express and Firefox.

Hello Ubuntus,

Is there any way I can transfer my historic emails from Outlook Express
to Firefox?
I have got many emails from my firends, which I would like to transfer
to Firefox.
I just don't want to loose those emails but my wish is to stop using
Windows permanently.
