Switching mirror for Ubuntu downloads

Hello to all fellow Ubunteros and those aspiring,

Having recently left Telstra and Bigpond (isn't it obvious why?), switching
to Internode (and very satisfied with it) I need some assistance to switch
my Ubuntu mirror to Internode.  I am aware that there are some instructions
on ubuntu-au but I need more help than that.

If someone who is on Internode broadband could respond to offer help, I
would gladly buy them a beer or two or three.

And, I am also on VoiP - Internode of course.
