The Wine idea is a good one.
You might also try going to https://hamiltontown.com/ and seeing if that works
and/or is any better.
Another thing to try:
https://user:pass@hamiltontown.com/ (or http if you don't mind the password
going in the clear or there is no other way). No idea if this will work, but
hey, it's worth a shot.
