Ubuntu 7.04 on Compaq Presario 700 - Successful Upgrade

Whytey and all,

I forgot to add that I have unplugged/binned by battery so my laptop is 
always powered by electricity.
So, I have nothing to comment on this at the moment :(

(Hmm..this made me think to get a new battery actually).
