Melissa,

You have been doing amazing work for the Ubuntu community, both in Australia
and internationally. However, one person can only scale so much. Might it be
wise, for the sake of a more efficiently-running community, for some of your
responsibilities to be delegated unto others?

I am not proposing that your abdicate from your position as LoCo team leader.
On the contrary, if you can offload some of your responsibilities, you might
have more time to devote towards other LoCo activities. I don't think that
there is any rule stating that the LoCo team leader must chair every meeting.

Delegation is an important part of community-building, as it can allow people
to take part in managing the group rather than just communicating on a
superficial level.
