Ubuntu-Au Newsletter 01

I'm not sure where this should go, but just a quick suggestion - can
the page margins on either side be reduced drastically? The whitespace
is fine for general design, but if the newsletter followed a two
column layout (one column exactly two or three times as big as the
other) and have whitespace distributed a bit more evenly it would
improve layout. Content-wise it makes sense, how about a section for
general notices/announcements, details regarding publicity successes
etc.?
