I was only half-joking. I felt affronted and dismayed and felt my 
reputation professionally and personally was insulted. I'm over it now 
and this is the last I have to say about it. If people are worried about 
me seeking legal advice (not that I actually did), perhaps they should 
be more worried about what they actually say. This list has appeared in 
the media already once and I maintain my right to defend myself against 
untrue allegations.

This is my last comment on the matter, and only because I am replying to 
Matt.
