proposal for meeting on the state of #ubuntu-au

Greetings,

As many of you know, we have the #ubuntu-au channel at our disposal for 
real-time discussion.

Unfortunately, there are numerous issues with the operation of the 
channel, such as the absences of the two Ops. While we should not hold 
this against them as they are prioritising their lives towards their 
studies, it reflects on the effectiveness of the group as a whole.

One example of this is the current channel topic. It should be used to 
display accurate information, however, our next meeting is apparently 6 
days ago, rather than in 8 days time.

However, the Op situation is really the least of the problems. There are 
apparent rifts within our 'group', and some of us are missing out on 
some vital information which in cases may have lead to the making of 
misinformed decisions.

Due to all this, I (as respectfully as possible) suggest holding a 
meeting sometime soon, Tuesday (tomorrow) at the usual 8pm (AEST) would 
be one possibility.
