List etiquette

Can everyone please remove their 'Reply-To' headers from their messages? Every
time I hit the 'Reply' button in my mail client, I have to manually delete
the address in the 'To' field and add the ubuntu-au at lists.ubuntu.com list
address. Replies should go to the list by default, not directly to the author
(you can CC the author as well if you like).
Also, can people please respect the flow of a message when replying? If the
quoted messages are bottom-posts, please continue to bottom-post. Similarly,
if they are top-posts, continue to top-post. Readers should not have to jump
between the bottom and the top of a message just to follow the conversation.
I am not going to get into a top-posting vs bottom-posting war, and I feel no
need to. What is most important is that the flow of the conversation is
respected.
These are simple points of etiquette that are followed on most other lists,
and exist to make conversations more pleasant to follow.
Cheers.

Geeks aren't interested in politics because government doesn't
double its efficiency and speed once every 18 months.
