status of the free mailout

[Peter baker]

I have left on the wiki and ubuntu.com.au a blurb about the cd's being
available via the APC coverdisc.

hopefully this is a good comprimise in terms of people wanting the distro.

can we get apc to do the same for their next month?  Free promotion of their
mag on our site...
