[ubuntu-art] [request] packages.ubuntu.com needs rebranding

Web interface to Ubuntu repositories, http://packages.ubuntu.com/, needs
rebranding to conform the new Ubuntu branding.
Frank Lichtenheld <frank at lichtenheld.de> maintains this website. Information
about upstream developers can be found at at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/about/.

I guess this should be added to our tasks list. I'd be glad to help with
this as soon as I get some free time (which is not likely to happen soon,
I'm afraid).
