In open source we have traditionally ran such contests, so in reality
Thorsten is putting forward the controversial idea.. ;-)

I dont see anyone here trying to block on anything regarding LibO,
Nor should a single person's contact/reply/action/message/apology be
considered as the from the representative of the whole Ubuntu artwork
community, especially when they are just contacting because of their own
enthusiasm.
Team Lead is still Kenneth Wimer, who has been busy atm..
And all the replies so far are from members of the artwork community out
of their own personal enthusiasm.
I think we should have been clearer on that part.
