It's rather that there is no obvious reason to have Minimize, Maximize,
Close, as Minimize and Close have more in common.

But I have to wonder if it shouldn't be Close, Minimize, Maximize, to
have the critical command on the outside. You get out of something for
good, so placement on the edge, a corner even, would make sense.
