[ubuntu-art] Bland welcome screen...

Now I know Ubuntu 10.04 is themed a lot better than the previous
versions. You know getting the new "Shiny" look instead of that god
awful rusty looking brown... What about the welcome / login screen.
Since it is the first thing you see when booting up Ubuntu, can't we
make it look a little snazzier, interesting, a little more high tech?
