Less shadow on the floor and less shadow in the folder are better,
because the front is obviously meant to be translucent. Plus there is
this glow on the bottom that is more believable with less shadow.

The shadow in the folder could do with a subtle orange tint, perhaps.

Less red seems friendlier to me.
