[ubuntu-art] [Breathe]apps/ nm-signal

hi,
i checked the recent release of breathe , and found the nm-signal icons
missing, as cory has asked that i send any ideas....

this is a rough idea of the icons...

pls bare in mind , this i a rough copy, if the breathe team likes the
directions i could improve upon the basic idea...

there are a just 4 icons , but network manager needs 38 icons...
