I wanted to start the week with a reflection: 

ubuntu is that you must have your own style and personality. but many
people are switching to other distros just for the look and feel. 

therefore we must do something in haste. Linux mint glory are better
than ubuntu precisely in this aspect, I propose to investigate a little
and take good ideas for use ubuntu.
