[ubuntu-art] Supporting Community Themes

IMO supporting community themes adds value to Ubuntu as the desire of
the community is to encourage folks to report "bugs" and my desire as a
developer is to correct defects or catalog issues that can not be
resolved.

As an example, I noted an issue with the Murrine engine (svn132 or
higher) on the Impression submission home page.

My question is how does one volunteer to provide this type of support?
