[ubuntu-art] dust is good

Hi,
When a windows is maximized, the top corners are still rounded, maybe it's
intended this way, but to me it feels like it is not maximized and I can
resize it in these corners.
The new top-left window icon is cool, and it looks good that the application
icon is near the window's title, but I believe it could be better with a
padding a little bigger. It looks too close to the text...
