I think that most of the artists on this list have little or no experience 
with what launchpad and bazaar has to offer. It's not hard, once someone has 
explained how once. It is more a matter of a) knowing such things exist and 
b) having someone take you through it step by step.

Maybe someone or a group of someones would be interested in creating some 
simplified, artwork directed howtos and/or helping people along the way?
