[ubuntu-art] Ubuntu Wallpapers, contributing to the WIki

My experience in programming themes is still very immature; I would -really-
like to create a fully coded version with complete recolouring options,
however Emerald makes this difficult and Murinne needs tweaking to really
look proper with the theme style. Aurora (which a Kith-type theme was made
recently) is near perfect, but I don't know much about it's future
expandibility.
