[ubuntu-art] Human-Murrine...opinion and proposal

Everything in my opinion...if I can.
At the moment I still prefer Human-Clearlooks for two main aspects:
- no horizontal border of the menubar and toolbar;
- best color scheme for menu-item and menubar-item;
I also noticed that the color of panel is not uniform with the color
of menubar(in the panel).

I have taken the liberty of making some changes about what I explained
above.

I have attached in this email the theme that I modified.

Can be a good idea to work?
