[ubuntu-art] TooHuman Theme

I like the Too Human Idea, it resembles WEB Style from KDE wich is one
of the best since long time ago. Buttons are pretty good and
unontrusibe, maybe some effect on mouse over would be good. By the way,
colors in Gelatin are very good (well, orange, not the blue one)

I love the idea of Union, but it seems to be very difficult to
implement.
