[ubuntu-art] How the first theme is chosen for the user.

On the first login, you will be greeted with a "Welcome to Ubuntu" dialog
that presents two options: "Use default theme" and "Take the quiz to choose
your theme"
in the second, it will ask you a series of questions with answers  and
chooses the theme from there.
