[ubuntu-art] meeting next week

Hi,

To continue the discussion on when have the meeting I would like to submit two 
possible times and dates.

a) Tuesday at 17.00 UTC (several people have pinged me personally to say that 
the 20:00 UTC is too late for them, therefor this proposal)

b) Tuesday at 20:00 UTC

If Tuesday is bad for lots of people we can change that - I just picked a day 
which sounded good and was not Monday - everyone hates Mondays :-)
