[ubuntu-art] Stock rotate icons for eog and gimp

Hi everyone, 
there are some problems related to stock icons for rotate actions in
applications like Eye of Gnome (eog) and Gimp.

I've made three new images for rotate actions that should be merged to
GIMP (/usr/share/gimp/2.0/themes/Default/images) and eog
(/usr/share/pixmaps/eog), or into those packages. 
New icons for GIMP and eog are attached, and there are also two
screenshots of previous and current icons. 
P.S. icons which I've made are 48x48 but files has suffix 16 (means 16
pixels). eog and GIMP show the icons OK, but shouldn't those icons be
scaled to 16x16?
