The gradient on the panel menu is a bit dark on the top. Makes it look
heavy and doesn't provide as much contrast to the text as it should.

How will all the transparency look if you add content to the windows?

It's all rather monochromatic, meaning any colour of a different hue
(blue, green) in content areas and in icons will stand out and risks to
fight and lose.
