[ubuntu-art] please replace question icon

Most icons on dialogues have been replaced by their tango counterparts,
much more beautiful and modern. The question icon has not, though, which
makes it stand out. So it should be replaced ASAP IMO.

I'll attach the tango icon, as well as example images of dialogues using
it and the "classic" one.
