Time to move on, and remember some things we said early on too! Time for
my predictions and suggestions for Edgy+1:

Themes
--------------
Back in the early stages of Dapper, you may have remembered my theme,
Tropic. It went through many adjustments, and engine changes (gFlat,
Ubuntulooks, Murrine, then unfortunately back to Ubuntulooks). But,
early in the cycle, I do remember one comment you made, something to the
effect of "This might make a good theme for Edgy+1". Although this was
back during the "Router Lamps" version cycle, it still may have merit
today! I've noticed since DapperEdgy (yes, when referring to Dapper's
artwork, I have to technically say DapperEdgy now because of "what
happened"), the look has been shifting towards more of an orange. But I
still live by your words, if you say it would be good for Edgy+1, it
might just be! We just have to see how people love it when it gets it's
first run included in Edgy.

But still, even if we don't do that, I still think a shift to the
Murrine engine would be a great idea! It's WAY faster than Ubuntulooks...

Wallpaper/Login Splash
--------------
Depends on 2 things, if we are actually able to pull it together based
off sabdfl's standards of "pulling it together", and what theme path we
end up using. If it's Tropic, it should be smooth abstracts like the
current Tropic wallpaper or something glossy to go with the theme. For
Human, Gloss would be our way to go.

Usplash
--------------
For the first time ever (unless Edgy pulls through with something), we
will be able to have a full colored logo on the splash screen. Yes. Then
have a nice progress bar to go with, and it will be perfect. NO BROWN
BACKGROUNDS. Black BG's only, or else we'll end up with the same
problems we've had with Edgy's placeholder (which everyone doesn't like).
