[ubuntu-art] spec for Human Qt theme

Andreas,

That would be awesome! Can you take a look at the wiki for this spec and add
a note about your work? I want to at least register your (excellent) idea in
the spec, and hopefully track your progress on it.

The more icons we can get in there, the better. It's somewhat tangential to
the main thrust of the spec, but it moves us closer to the spirit of our
goal, so onward and upward! :)
