[ubuntu-art] "Dapper Drake" renamed to "Outdoors"

Hi folks

I'm sorry to do this - Daniel just showed me the theme package with the
themes you folks selected and I saw that there's a "Dapper Drake" theme.
I'm afraid that we can't have a "Dapper Drake" theme which is not the
official theme for "Dapper Drake". And we don't have time for a debate
or discussion. So I have executive-decisioned this to "Outdoors".
