[ubuntu-art] Using Tango icons for GNOME Power Manager

Hi,

Currently in CVS GNOME Power Manager is using tango icons. Since
Dapper is using Tango icons it would be cool/more consistent if these
icons were backported to the stable version Dapper is currently using
