Hello.
I think launching an action when clicking on the bubble would be
annoying for some people, because sometimes you don't want to look for
the "X" to close the bubble.
But it is true that the X mark becomes useless.
We should simply remove the X mark and let the user click on the bubble
to close it? It might not be disturbing if the bubble shows clearly what
it refers to (by pointing at the notification icon)
