[ubuntu-art] Another different suggestion about notification bubble

Hi again :)

I have another suggestion about the notification bubble.

When you click on the bubble, it closes. And when you click on the "X"
mark inside, it closes too.

I think it would be better if it does an action when you click on the
bubble.

For example, when you click on the "updates available" notification
bubble, the update manager might appears (exactly what happens when you
click on the notification icon), and you click on the "X" mark to close
the bubble when you don't want to update now.

I think it's contradictory to have an "X" mark to close the notification
bubble if that bubble closes when you click on it in any place.

What is you opinion about this?
