[ubuntu-art] LAUNCHPAD: Specifications

To everyone who has joined the ubuntu-art team, I have been
doing some last minute cramming to try and learn the 
Launchpad system in order to document it for everyone
to use efficiently.  It's was a bit tricky out of the gate
as there aren't a whole lot of documents or howtos out there.

That said, if you are a member of the ubuntu-art team, 
the specification appears to have been shipped!

As one can imagine by visiting the spec's page, there
are a _great_ set of tools for managing artwork specific
content.  The nice part about the system is that one can
assign individuals a given task and track progress _very_
easily, as well as set priorities and completion levels.

Again, please take this downtime between release schedules
to get yourselves comfortable with the system.
