[ubuntu-art] New Splash Screens

Going along with that contact sheet I saw, I made a new freeform styled 
Splash Screen for Ubuntu (and my new tropic theme of course!). It does 
feature one of the glossy versions of the Ubuntu Logo I saw on the wiki, 
and it will be prominent in Tropic artwork too!
