[ubuntu-art] Theme Team application addendum

Great! I am wondering if there is someone who heads the Kubuntu Artwork 
project or this is to be lumped in with the developement cycle with Ubuntu as 
concerns Edgy. Is there a schedule for creation of these works, it appears as 
if the wiki is a bit slim on information in this regard.
