[ubuntu-art] Theme Team application addendum

Hi Nathan,

It seems to me that kubuntu can also use "ubuntu-art" and "ubuntu-art- 
discuss" as they are described below.

What we would need would be one list for the default kubuntu theme. I  
made a page on the wiki (http://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Documentation/ 
KubuntuPhilosophy) which uses a name "O2" although I have received  
only a few responses on it, so we might need to still discuss it.
