I've updated the bug report with a reverse dependency check

** Description changed:

  The developers of gimp have recently released their first release
  candidate of the long anticipated gimp 3.  The deb packaged version of
  gimp will be updated to gimp 3 for Ubuntu 25.04.
  
  All existing packaged gimp addons are not compatible with the new
  version.
  
  Therefore, please remove the following packages:
  - cbmplugs
  - gimp-gap
  - gimp-plugin-registry
  - gimplensfun
  - gimp-texturize
  
  All have already been removed from Debian Testing but not from Unstable
  yet.
