nomad FTBFS was fixed and now it is blocked by golang-github-prometheus-
client-golang. Excuses page says golang-github-prometheus-client-golang
is missing builds on arm64, armhf, ppc64el and s390x, but from my
understanding this is happening because the package changed to arch:all.
