golang-github-armon-go-metrics got fixed and made its way into the
release pocket, now there is no runtime dep blocking this removal.

$ reverse-depends -r groovy golang-prometheus-client-dev

$ reverse-depends -r groovy -b golang-prometheus-client-dev
Reverse-Build-Depends
* nomad
