The proposal to merge lp:~sil2100/ubuntu-archive-tools/more-sru-removals-on-report into lp:ubuntu-archive-tools has been updated.

Description changed to:

sru-report: print out removal commands for packages that failed verification for longer than 10 days, modify sru-remove to support messaging verification-failed removals.

As mentioned above, besides sru-report I also had to modify sru-remove and add a 'reason' option for sending proper bug comments on the SRU removal.
