sru-report: print out removal commands for packages that failed verification for longer than 10 days, modify sru-remove to support messaging verification-failed removals.

As mentioned above, besides sru-report I also had to modify sru-remove and add a 'reason' option for sending proper bug comments on the SRU removal.
