Hi,
I'm making this request as part of the Debian Med Team, which is maintainer of plink1.9.

Missing build of plink1.9 for powerpc architecture is preventing its
migration to Xenial. This architecture is not supported upstream [1], so
I disabled the build for this architecture. Could you remove the
powperpc binary from the repository ?
