Hmm.. That was a setback.
The administrator of the Skype translation project at
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/skype-translation-project/
has tried to contact a Microsoft employee to get some kind of statement.
Hopefully we'll get something that resolves this license issue.
It should be noted that the package you rejected was uploaded against
the universe component. If the translation files would prove not to be
exempt from the Skype license, multiverse would be an option, wouldn't it?
