[Bug 1266356] [NEW] Propose Package Removal

Public bug reported:

kradioripper is apparently in a unusable state based on bug reports on
the package and is no longer maintained. The original maintainer
indicated the project was renamed and thats evident on the upstream
project page http://kradioripper.sourceforge.net/

We should remove kradioripper considering its current state in Ubuntu
and the fact its no longer maintained.
