New archive administrators?

I hadn't realised there was a significant problem here - I thought we
were mostly doing OK.  I just cleared the oldest of the outstanding
stuff with maybe 20 minutes of work, leaving three remaining items.

Now that we have queue admin permissions for ubuntu-release and the
like, the remaining tasks of ubuntu-archive are essentially:

 * NEW processing
 * Removals
 * Resolving things like component-mismatches
 * Processing ~ubuntu-archive/+subscribedbugs
 * Other odds and ends, essentially archive oddities other teams can't
   handle

I'm happy to add a couple more volunteers on that basis, although I'd
also like to remove some people who were only added in order that they
could do release or SRU tasks.  Please let me know if you think you're
such a person.

For that matter, Iain, are you interested? :-)

Not any more.  New AAs (Canonical or not) don't get shell access on the
master archive system, but the need for that is very rare nowadays.
