REJECT: python-cli

I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejecting for the
following:
 * debian/copyright lists the files as licensed under MIT, but most 
   fall under the ISC license
 * debian/copyright does not list all of the licenses found in the 
   sources. Please use the 'licensecheck' command and adjust the
   copyright file accordingly
 * debian/copyright has a typo for the copyright holder for the files
   in debian/*. Please verify this should not fall under Canonical
   copyright as well.
 * the source package contains docs/_build/. Does this need to be 
   cleaned out and generated as part of the build?
 * debian/docs is shipped, but empty
