REJECT: pkgme

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that pkgme is being rejected for the following
reason:
 * debian/copyright says that all files are GPL-2, however
setup_helpers.py is LGPL and several others are GPL-3. Please use
the licensecheck command and update debian/copyright accordingly
 * debian/changelog lists the uploader as 'pkgme developers
<pkgme-devs at lists.launchpad.net>'. This is highly unusual and is
not strictly true. While the uploader may be in pkgme-devs, all of
pkgme-devs did not upload this package. It is important that the
uploader be listed as an actual person and the package signed by
   this person.
 * the package does not provide a watch file. While this is the
preferred method, if this is not possible, please consider adding a
comments only watch file, a README.source file with clear
instructions on how the source tarball was generated or use
get-orig-source in debian/rules. This is required to verify the
   integrity of the source package.
 * the checksum for pkgme_0.1.tar.gz does not match that at
   https://launchpad.net/pkgme/trunk/0.1/+download/pkgme-0.1.tar.gz/+md5
 * the package is a native package. Usually this is a mistake. The
packaging should instead use an orig.tar.gz and a version of the
form 0.1-0ubuntu1. Doing this would also fix the previous issue.

After making these changes, feel free to reupload.

Thanks!
