REJECT: bottles

I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejecting for the
following:
 * the package does not provide a debian/watch file. If this is not
   possible, please consider adding a comments only watch file or
   README.source file with clear instructions on how the source tarball 
   was generated. This is required to verify the integrity of the source
   package.
 * debian/control should be using this: Ubuntu Developers 
   <ubuntu-devel-discuss at lists.ubuntu.com>
 * patches/paths has incomplete DEP-3 comments
 * there are a lot of 'FIXME' comments throughout debian/*. These should
   be fixed
 * since this package is not in Debian already, but looks like it is 
   being prepared to be, the version should be 1.0-0ubuntu1
 * the binary package is not lintian clean:
$ lintian bottles_0.1-1_i386.changes:
W: bottles: new-package-should-close-itp-bug
W: bottles: extra-license-file usr/share/doc/bottles/LICENSE.txt

After making these changes please feel free to reupload.
